My journey of personal growth and development after the military is deeply intertwined with utilizing psychedelic medicines. They were the catalyst that enabled me to break free from the chains of my depression and take my life back into my own hands. It took a lot of work, self-reflection, and integration of the many lessons I received to be who I am today. I did not have a support system back then that would have been so pivotal. That is why I am so passionate about being that resource for others and implementing what I have learned over the years of my own work.

Micro-dosing is an increasingly popular way that people have been implementing psychedelics into their lives. A "Micro-Dose" is when you take a sub-perceptual amount of any psychedelic substance. Simply put, you don't overtly feel the effects of the medicine but there is still an extremely impactful neurological impact that is occurring. Recent studies are showing that this practice helps promote "neuro-plasticity", which in lay terms means that we can more easily learn new habits and drop old ones. The mentorship program is designed to help you build a relationship with the medicine and create habits that will ensure you get the highest degree of benefit from your micro-dosing experience!

The world has shifted in a big way and the space of virtual learning has seen such a massive change. The barrier to entry for information has been drastically reduced and that is why I continue to spend time building workshops, classes, and online resources for the self-starters looking to deepen their well of knowledge. I am continually building courses that directly relate to my journey of growth and development. I take the fundamental aspects of all that I learn in share them in a way that is engaging and easy to absorb with action steps to take so that you get the most out of your experience with me!

My passion for sharing the insights that I wish I had as I navigated my journey is never-ending. I know that there are so many other people that are going through experiences like I have and I now know the deep importance and intricacies of the integration process. That is why I decided to compile all that I have learned through my research, medicine work, and personal experience into this easy-to-digest book that lays out a simple framework for understanding what to expect from these experiences and also how to best set yourself up for success after.

I have always had a passion and intuitive ability for speaking. Now that I have connected that ability to my purpose and my passions I am able to provide talks that truly move a crowd. My delivery style is one that motivates, uplifts, and inspires through the authentic communication of the core tenants that I have found to be essential in the process of personal growth and development. I weave pieces of my personal journey into the knowledge and wisdom I have accrued to create a relatable and palatable experience for listeners from all walks of life.
